Liz Olsen, RN, founded Syringe & Sass with one simple belief: confidence isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself.
With over a decade of nursing experience, Liz combines medical expertise with an artistic eye and a passion for regenerative aesthetics. Rather than focusing on a single wrinkle or isolated concern, she takes a whole-person approach, listening carefully to each patient’s goals before creating a customized treatment plan that may include regenerative therapies, injectables, skin health, wellness, and nutritional support.
Her philosophy is simple: beauty begins from the inside out. Every treatment is designed to restore, strengthen, and enhance your natural features—not redefine them. Whether you’re seeking preventative care, facial rejuvenation, or overall wellness, Liz believes the best results come from treating the whole person, not just a single area.

Dr. John Osborn serves as Medical Director for Syringe & Sass Aesthetics, providing medical oversight, clinical leadership, and guidance to ensure all treatments are delivered safely, ethically, and in compliance with state and federal regulations. His commitment to patient safety and evidence-based medicine helps maintain the highest standards of care throughout the practice.
Dr. Osborn performs both in-person and telehealth Good Faith Exams for patients entering weight loss programs and is available for individual medical consultations as needed. His collaborative approach helps ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique health and aesthetic goals.
Board Certified in Family Medicine and formerly Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery, Dr. Osborn brings more than 30 years of medical experience to the Syringe & Sass team. A U.S. Army combat veteran, he has extensive expertise in trauma management, adolescent care, preventive medicine, and comprehensive healthcare focused on improving both health and quality of life.
His depth of clinical knowledge and dedication to patient-centered care make him an invaluable resource for both patients and providers alike.
Jessica Olsen is dedicated to making every patient’s experience at Syringe & Sass welcoming, comfortable, and seamless from the moment they walk through the door. As Patient Care Coordinator and Laser Hair Reduction Specialist, she helps guide patients through every step of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Known for her kind, compassionate nature and attention to detail, Jessica is often the friendly face checking in after your appointment, answering questions, coordinating your care, and making sure every visit exceeds expectations. She believes that exceptional patient care goes beyond treatments—it’s about building relationships and creating an experience where every person feels valued.

Piper Hubert is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and evidence-based treatments. As a Master Esthetician, Medical Assistant, and RN student, she brings years of hands-on experience, clinical knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Specializing in skin health and corrective skincare, Piper has an exceptional ability to evaluate each patient’s unique concerns and develop customized treatment plans that support lasting results. From advanced facials and corrective skincare to medical-grade treatments and home care recommendations, she believes beautiful skin starts with understanding the whole picture—not just treating the surface.
Known for her attention to detail, and dedication to patient education, Piper empowers every patient with the knowledge and confidence to care for their skin long after they leave the treatment room.
Committed to continual growth, Piper is currently pursuing her nursing degree to expand her clinical expertise and continue providing the highest level of care.
